1. What is the Million Dollar Community Page?
The Million Dollar Community is a family of interest-specific websites.  Each site provides a graphical directory of products, services, publications, offerings, events and other information related to the specific interest.

2. What makes the Million Dollar Community unique?
The Community provides an interesting graphical presentation of an entire subject-specific supply chain allowing vendors to drive interested niche consumers to their websites.

3. Why is it an effective sales tool to list my advertisement on a site with other sellers in my industry?
There is a sales theory called "radiation selling". Simply put, it means that the intent to purchase one item may "radiate" towards purchasing others. It is the same reason why "Supermarkets" put their milk or eggs in the back of the store. The potential customer has to walk through other products like bread, cereal and peanut butter and the chances of an additional purchase are increased.

4. Am I guaranteed additional sales by advertising with the Community?
We are so confident in this "state of the art" approach to internet advertising that we would like to say yes, but nothing is guaranteed. What we can guarantee is that a well designed web site, with changing content and a "value-offering", should stimulate interest and thus revenue opportunities. We will bring viewers to our site. The size of your ad pixel purchase, along with good keywords and site description will draw attention to your site.

5. How will my Subject-specific Community member pagelisted higher on Internet searching than my current site?
We have made a significant investment in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and paid placement. This capital expenditure on our part, can be shared with every person who posts an ad on this site. We will provide the highest competitive advantage to drive viewers to our site.

6. What is a Pixel?
Short for "Picture Element", a pixel is a single point in a graphic image. Computer monitors display pictures by dividing the display screen into thousands (or millions) of pixels, arranged in rows and columns. The pixels are so close together that they appear connected.

7. What is "buying Pixels"?
Pixels on each Million Dollar Community member page are available in 100 pixel “blocks”, with each block measuring 10 x 10 pixels. The page is divided into 10,000 of these blocks. The reason for selling them in these blocks is because anything smaller than 10 x 10 pixels would be too small to display anything recognizable. Each 10 x 10 block costs US $100, equating to a cost of $1 per pixel. The larger the block you purchase, the easier it is for the viewer’s eye to be instantly directed to your spot on the grid.

8. How does the Search function work?
Each member page is made up of many businesses and consumers in that industry. Each Graphic advertisement posted here has two purposes. First is to link directly to the Graphic's web site. The second is two exhibit on a "mouse-over",  up to 255 characters of information about the site. By typing in your "search" criteria  and pushing the "Search" button, the resulting graphics that match will be HIGHLIGHTED.

9. I use banner ads on other “hobbyist” sites. What benefit does your site give?
Each member site is a subject-specific page of “end-to-end” providers and consumers in that industry. Every visitor is subject-focused and rather than getting that occasional web hit with your banner ad, consumers that are looking specifically for new or better sourcing options are driven to your page by ours.

10. As a Manufacturer, why would I advertise on a site that is viewed by retail consumers?
The consumer drives the sales cycle.  Whether they purchase their consumables through Internet buying or “bricks & mortar” retail, their knowledge of available products is often limited to the offering of their individual supplier. By allowing consumers to view new and improved products, they are more likely to request these products from their sources.

11. How do I place my ad once I know where on the homepage I would like it?
You should click to buy on the block that is the upper left corner of where you want it to be placed. From that position, the ad is placed down and to the right.
